- Once you have checked out online our team will contact you via phone prior to issuing your key
- Your Bikenest key will be dispatched within 48 hours via a signed for service
Waiting Lists

If you apply to go on one of our Bikenest waiting lists we will only contact you if a space becomes available
Important information
- Tariffs – £40 per year plus a refundable key deposit of £20
- Key access only
- Each user is allocated their dedicated space within the Bikenest (spaces numbered 1-6)
- Spaces and waiting lists are prioritised on a first come, first served basis
- Bikenests are not recommended for cargo bikes, trikes or bikes with child seats
- Estimated suitable bike dimensions are : 1800mm (long) x 1200mm (high) x 750mm (wide). Dimensions may vary slightly depending on location and other Bikenest users
- Bikenest are not suitable for motorcycles, moped or scooters
Maintenance & bike theft
- If you notice significant damage to the Bikenest please contact us immediately on 01472 346382 and have the Bikenest number to hand
- Lockit Safe & the council will not be held responsible for bike theft, damage to, or loss of any locks or other items stored in any Bikenest
- Please ensure you lock you bike to the rack provided within the Bikenest with a suitable bike lock
- Please ensure you lock the Bikenest once you have parked your bike
Cancelling your Bikenest space & refunds
- If you wish to cancel you Bikenest Space please send your key with written confirmation that you wish to cancel your space to: Lockit Safe Ltd, G9, Innovation Centre, Innovation Way, Grimsby, DN37 9TT
- Please return keys via signed for postage as Lockit Safe will not be responsible for lost keys
- Once we have received your key we will refund your key deposit within 48 hours
- If you do not return your key or pass your key to anyone else you will forfeit your key deposit
- If you lose your key please contact us immediately on 01472 346382 or sales@lockit-safe.co.uk
- A replacement key will cost £20 and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive
- Replacement keys will be posted to the address on your account via signed for postage
- Passing your key to another resident or user is a breach of our terms and conditions and will immediately result in cancellation of your subscription (without a refund) and a ban on the future use of all Bikenest services
